This data is used solely to:

Manage and confirm your bookings
Communicate with you before and during your trip
Issue invoices

Retention

Your data is kept for a maximum of 3 years from your last service, in line with legal accounting obligations.

Analysis of price estimates

When you use the fare simulator (entering a trip and viewing the price), the trip details may be recorded: pick-up location, destination, distance, duration, requested date, number of passengers and bags, estimated price, device type and source page. This data is used solely to understand the most requested trips, improve the site and support business follow-up. It is not sold to third parties and is not used for advertising targeting.

Cookies and audience measurement

This site may use Google Analytics 4 only after your consent via the cookie banner, to measure audience and improve the site. You can decline with no impact on booking. No advertising cookies are used and data is not sold to third parties.

Fare simulation data

When you use the fare simulator, some information may be recorded via Netlify Forms: simulation date, pick-up address, destination, requested date and time, number of passengers, number of bags, estimated distance, duration and price. This information is used solely to understand requests, improve the service and support business follow-up. It does not create a user account and is not sold.

Processors and data transfers

To provide the service, some data may be processed by sub-processors, each for a specific purpose:

Stripe — secure online payment processing;
Google — Google Maps (route calculation and address autocomplete in the simulator) and Google Analytics 4 (audience measurement, only after your consent);
Resend — sending booking confirmation emails;
Netlify and Cloudflare — site hosting and delivery.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. These transfers are governed by the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR: the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and/or membership of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. No data is sold to third parties.
