Data linked to the commercial relationship (contact details, ride and message history) is kept for 3 years from the last contact. Invoicing data and accounting records are kept for 10 years, as required by French accounting law (article L123-22 of the Commercial Code), in restricted-access archiving. Card details are entered only on the secure Stripe payment page: Marseille Provence Driver never sees or stores them.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to processing, restrict processing and port your data. When you use the fare simulator (entering a trip and viewing the price), the trip details may be recorded: pick-up location, destination, distance, duration, requested date, number of passengers and bags, estimated price, device type and source page. This data is used solely to understand the most requested trips, improve the site and support business follow-up. It is not sold to third parties and is not used for advertising targeting.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (audience measurement, conversion tracking and ad personalisation) through Google Consent Mode. If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom or Switzerland, none of these cookies is set without your consent, given via the cookie banner: without consent, no identifier is stored on your device and only cookieless technical signals are sent to Google, for aggregate measurement and statistical modelling. If you are visiting from another country, these cookies are on by default; you can switch them off with the banner’s “Decline” button. When you use the fare simulator, some information may be sent to the operator by email, via the Resend delivery service (a website function generates and sends this email): simulation date, pick-up address, destination, requested date and time, number of passengers, number of bags, estimated distance, duration and price. When you provide them at the time of booking, your name, phone number and email may also be sent through this channel. This information is used solely to understand requests, improve the service and support business follow-up. It does not create a user account and is not sold.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. These transfers are governed by the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR: the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and/or membership of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
