The two terminals: which one is yours?

Marseille Provence Airport (MRS) has two terminals, and knowing yours in advance saves confusion on the day of travel:

• Terminal 1 — most airlines, including Air France, Lufthansa and British Airways.
• Terminal 2 — Ryanair, easyJet and Aer Lingus.

When you book with your flight number, your driver already knows which terminal you are using — for pick-up in the right arrivals hall, and for drop-off directly at your airline's terminal on departure.

On arrival: how the meet & greet works

Your driver waits in the arrivals hall of the correct terminal, holding a sign with your name. There is nothing to figure out after a flight: walk out, spot your name, hand over the luggage.

• Live flight tracking. Every flight is followed in real time on Flightradar24. If your plane is delayed or early, the pick-up time adjusts automatically — at no extra cost.
• 60 minutes of free waiting on all flights, included in the fixed price.
• Beyond 60 minutes (delayed baggage, customs queues): stay reachable on WhatsApp and your driver waits for you.
• You know who is coming. The vehicle model and number plate are sent the day before, and you receive the driver's direct number before the ride. Never a surprise driver.

Departures: terminal drop-off and when to leave

On the way to the airport, you are dropped directly at your airline's terminal — Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 depending on the carrier. Parking and airport access fees are already included in the fixed price.

As general airline guidance, plan to be at the airport 2 hours before take-off, and 3 hours before a long-haul flight. Give us your departure time when booking and the pick-up is scheduled accordingly.

Fixed prices from Marseille Provence Airport

The fares below are fixed prices for the standard sedan (up to 4 passengers), all inclusive: tolls, fuel, luggage and waiting time. The price you see is the price you pay — no night, weekend or public-holiday surcharge. Connections: cruise port and Aix TGV station

Marseille cruise port (MPCT). All cruise lines dock at the Marseille Provence Cruise Terminal, Môle Léon Gourret, 13002 Marseille. The airport-to-port transfer is a fixed €60 and takes 20–30 minutes. Special cases, answered

• Night arrivals (11 pm – 6 am). The service runs 24/7 with no night surcharge; for this window, book a few hours in advance.
• Cancelled flight. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up. Closer than that, we look for a solution together — a free rebooking as soon as possible.
• Missed or rescheduled flight. Send the new time on WhatsApp and the pick-up is adjusted at no charge.
• Reduced mobility. The driver assists you personally, a folding wheelchair fits in the boot, and the van is recommended for extra room.
• Travelling with children. Baby seats, child seats and boosters are free on request.
• Unaccompanied minors. Carried only with prior parental agreement arranged by WhatsApp.
• Booking for someone else. No problem: give the passenger's name for the sign and their direct contact.
• Stops along the way. A brief stop (5–10 minutes) is free if mentioned at booking; longer stops switch to the hourly rate of €60/h.
• Payment and currencies. International bank cards are accepted online (secure Stripe payment) or on board; cash is accepted in euros only.
